My son and I used the laundry facilities to wash and dry 1 load of laundry. It was easy.

All aspects of my visit here was great. I was here for a buisness trip and will definitely consider stay here when I do return.

Staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. I find when I book through a third party the hotel gives you a less desirable room. I stayed with my dad the night before in a room my mom and I booked directly with the hotel and it was great on the third floor. The next night I booked through Expedia and the room was on the main level, at the very back of the hotel, it smelled, was loud because it was next to a utility room and a busy street. It was also on the same floor as those who like to smoke weed and had a dog that wouldn’t quit barking. The door to the patio in my room had broken blinds which required me to hang a blanket over for privacy and to block the light. I will book directly with hotel in the future should I need to stay again. It is super convenient to have the kitchen and be so close to the hospital. The staff are always wonderful too.

the room was very clean and spacious - was nice to have a couch & chair to use when not wanting to sit directly on the bed. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the bathroom spacious and clean. the front lobby was very clean - signage for the restrooms when coming from the lobby were quite lacking - you have to travel all the way down the hallway, through some double doors, past the fitness room and pool and further down past the restaurant. There is a sign for a restroom beside the pool but it was a single bathroom and was locked with no additional signage. the pool area could use some work - tiles are very slippery and the entry ladders into the pool are not user friendly - would be nice to have wider steps or a corner entrance into the pool. the tiles looked dirty in spots. The hot tub was fine although we could not find a thermometer to see what temperature it was set at. the elevator was quick to come and quick to arrive at our floor. checkout was easy. this hotel is in a great location!
